Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the HaloBLE mobile app and the website at haloble.com. Short, plain English — please read them.
1. The app
HaloBLE is a developer tool for inspecting and interacting with Bluetooth Low Energy peripherals. It is provided as-is. We do our best to keep it working correctly, but you use it at your own risk and you are responsible for the devices you connect to.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use HaloBLE on devices you own or control, for any lawful purpose — including commercial use. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute the app outside of the Apple App Store and Google Play distribution channels.
3. Purchase
HaloBLE is sold for $4.99 lifetime on the App Store and $4.99 lifetime on Google Play, as a one-time purchase per platform. There are no subscriptions and no in-app purchases. Future updates are included on the platform you bought.
All purchases go through Apple or Google. Their refund and billing policies govern your transaction; refunds are handled by the store, not by us. Restoring on a new device works through your Apple ID or your Google account.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use HaloBLE to interfere with devices you do not own or have permission to operate. Don't use it to violate applicable laws. We will not knowingly assist with attacks on third-party Bluetooth peripherals.
5. No warranty and liability
HaloBLE is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, STZ Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of HaloBLE — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. Privacy
See our Privacy Policy. Short version: we collect nothing.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. We will update the effective date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of HaloBLE after a change means you accept the revised terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, where STZ Solutions is established. Nothing here limits any consumer-protection rights that apply where you live and that cannot be waived by contract.
